Do I need malpractice insurance if I am working as in-house counsel? - counseling malpractice

I am a new member, WA bar and put my employers in numerous hearings and administrative resources, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts. Do I need insurance for malpractice?

If your employer offers you, no, no. If not, you're crazy, not on your own. Mistakes are made, even by the best in their field.
